Refund & Dispute Policy

All payments made to CyberForge Media LLC for marketing services, retainers, strategy development, creative production, consulting, and advertising management are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital marketing services — including time, intellectual property, strategy development, platform setup, and campaign execution — refunds will not be issued once services have commenced.

All advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, OTT providers, or any advertising network) is:

• Paid directly by the client to the platform, or
• Processed on behalf of the client with prior authorization

Ad spend is non-refundable and is subject to the individual advertising platform's policies.

CyberForge Media LLC is not responsible for refunds related to:

• Platform disapprovals
• Account suspensions
• Performance fluctuations
• Algorithm changes
• Market conditions

Marketing performance is influenced by numerous external factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• Market demand
• Competition
• Website conversion rates
• Sales team performance
• Pricing
• Offer strength
• Economic conditions
• Platform algorithm changes

We do not guarantee specific results, revenue amounts, cost per lead, return on ad spend (ROAS), or sales outcomes unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

By engaging our services, you agree:

• Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered.
• To contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

• All services will be immediately paused.
• Access to advertising accounts, creative assets, and strategy documentation may be revoked.
• We reserve the right to provide this signed agreement, performance documentation, communication records, and proof of service to the financial institution handling the dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued for recovery of funds, including legal fees and collection costs where permitted by law.

Unless otherwise specified in your signed service agreement:

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellation requires written notice in accordance with the terms of your signed contract.
• No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Refunds may only be issued if:

• A billing error occurred due to our mistake.
• Required by applicable law.

Any approved refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of CyberForge Media LLC.
